I realize it's been difficult to determine whether the homeowner or the HOA is responsible for fence repairs but according to what I'm reading on this post....It is the homeowner who is responsible. If that is correct, how much time are they given to have the repairs made?

We are currently determining the time limit for Home Owner Damage Repairs resulting from Hurricane Ike based on the Deed Restrictions. We will be sending out letters to those homes effected hopefully by the end of the week. We should have the HOA's portion of the repairs completed by next week.
