Fyg,
We are currently getting estimates for repairing/replacing the fences bording Magnolia and Harkey and if the the HOA insurance will cover it.

| Do we need to submit official Home Improvement Applications to alter fence lines? I have a corner lot with a very shallow back yard but a huge side yard. I was interested in moving my side fence 20' feet down the side of my house to increase the effective size of my backyard. |

Yes, you need to submit an application to change your fence line. It should not be a problem to approve.
