All HOA Members,
As you all know, our annual "BBQ Bash" is scheduled for June 27th. All is going well with our planning and procurement. We would like to have some volunteers for this event.
What we are basically looking for is a few volunteers to act as a bit of supervision for the children on the inflatables. While we have not had this (chaperoning) in the past, we had not had water slides before. You know how children can get a bit rowdy. We would like to provide this as protection/supervision to our smaller children. Right now we have one moonwalk and two water slides. We may have one more (free) moonwalk. We are waiting confirmation on this. If we could have one to two people per shift (shifts lasting no more than one hour), that would be great. As a reward for this, we can offer a board member (probably myself) will gladly bring you food or beverage during your shift. If you would like to volunteer, please reply to this e-mail.
