To All Home Owners
As many of you have noticed our management company has not performed up to standard. The board of directors has been researching alternative management companies for the past month. We will be coming to a decision choosing the new management company before the end of September. Once this decision is made, we will give HCMS official notice of termination of service effective November 01, 2009. Also, there will be a quarterly HOA meeting scheduled (end of September, beginning of October) upon confirmation of the new management company to discuss the changes that will come about. We encourage home owners to attend. This will NOT be an annual meeting, but a meeting to just to discuss these few issues pretaining to the new management company. We have been working hard to serve the home owners best interests. You can expect to see major changes in the coming months and new year.
