|
|
Several times in the past there have been vehicles parked on the grass and sidewalk immediately on the right as you enter Cypress Village 2 on Patridge. Now there is a white truck that parks on the grass and is creating ruts immediately on the right after turning onto Patridge. Too many people work very hard to keep the neighborhood looking good and this person is creating ruts in the neigborhood managed grass.
Who do we need to contact regarding issues such as this?
Thanks! |

For issues that cannot be covered by the HOA, please find the below number for the City of Pearland Code Enforcement in good order.
Most common concerns are substandard structures, high weeds and grass, trash and debris accumulation, open storage, junk vehicles and front yard parking call (281) 652-1638.
We suggest you take pictures so Code enforcement can trace the owner's of these vehicles. _________________ Rob Nunez |

Thanks Rob... I located that information under announcements after I had already made the post. I called the Pearland Non-emergency number that evening and they apparently sent an officer to notify the owner not to park on the grass. The next morning and last night they were parked on the street instead of the grass.
Thanks for your quick response! |
