Cypress Village Residents,

We are pleased to announce our 4th Annual HOA BBQ on Saturday, May 22, 2010 at Cypress Village Park Noon-6pm. We will have food, refreshments, games, prizes and waterslides. Further information will be forthcoming on our new newsletter that we expect to send out early next month.

We are looking for volunteers for this event. (We are calling this the Entertainment Committee). If you would like to volunteer, you may send to my e-mail address robjnunez@comcast.net. We are looking for volunteers for the following:

Water Slide Monitoring
HOA Table
First Aid Station
Game Supervision

The above to be done in one hour shifts if we can get enough volunteers.

We also welcome any new ideas for our event. This is your HOA!

We look forward to a great turn out!
