| Now that all the houses are built and there are no more empty lots in Section II, any idea who's going to finish the sidewalks? Looks like the builders put in all their going to as far as the sidewalks go. |

I know we had a real problem getting them to finish the sidewalks in the cul-de-sacs. I'm not sure if we're going to have to have the same fight again. Good question.  |

LOL.. yes Chad, I remember that well.
Hopefully the board will approace the builders quickly before its too late. The sections that are not complete are extremely dangerous, especially at night and I I think once they are completely finished, it may aleviate some of the kids and adults walking and riding their bikes on the street... I know i'd rather have my children riding & walking on the sidewalk. |

We will get this done. We will have to go through the bid process, but we will get it done.

Rob,
This reminds me. Will the board be posting minutes any more of their meetings? I have made a request several times for minutes, but the last ones I was provided are from July. Is there a reason the HOA board is keeping those private? It could help answer questions like these about status and progress. |
