I'm curious how often someone drives around the neighborhoods to see which houses are violating the deed restrictions? With the way some of the houses in Cypress Village II are looking, it's obviously been a while. I don't have exact addresses, but there are houses that still have Christmas lights on them. Then there's a house on Larrycrest that stores their family's bikes on the front porch. I made a previous post about this, and nobody from HOA made a reply. Is that not against deed restrictions? Maybe I'll start chaining my lawn mower to the front porch instead of keeping it in the garage. I've seen previous posts that say there's a process for sending letters. I understand that, and I understand the board members have jobs, but it shouldn't take this long to get something done.

All those homes you have cited have been sent letters as is due process. I know these violations. Once the three letters have been sent, the HOA attorney gets involved. Be advised by rebelling against the deed restrictions would not be constructive on your part. There are monthly drive throughs and the board is presented this list regularly.

I think it's also important to note that it's not about the HOA board having jobs. This isn't something that waits until one of the board can do something about it. All deed restriction violations are handled by the management company, and that is their job. They handle this as quickly as legally possible.
