Be advised that we have a registered sex offender, who they believe is likely to commit offenses again living in Cypress Village section 1 at 6105 Winter Oak.
Be extra vigilant in watching your kids or neighbors kids and report anything you deem necessary to the authorities! |

| This is extremely concerning. Is there anything in the deed restrictions that prevents sex offenders from living in our neighborhood? I quickly read through them and didn't see anything that referenced it unless they have been updated and the form online is outdated. If there isn't anything in the restrictions that addresses this situation can it be amended? Having a high risk offender in our neighborhood i feel is unacceptable with the amount of children that play daily outside. |

| We agree and the board of directors is looking into what we can do, if anything. As a community we need to be vigilant in watching out for all the children in the neighborhood. Get to know your neighbors and join our crime watch. |
