As many of you have probably already noticed from the flyers; we are planning a July 4th Bash in THE PARK. For those of you who are unfamiliar with it, THE PARK refers to our future park that is located in section I on Summit. Right now this is nothing more than an open field. The fun will start at 11:00 a.m. and last until we decide to end the fun.
ARI Construction has generously donated their BBQ Trailer, capable grilling 500 dogs an hour. Several neighbors on Summit have volunteered their bathroom facilities. We’ll have water slides and other assorted water fun available for the kids and we didn’t forget the grown-ups as we’ll have horseshoes and volleyball net. There will be four temporary shelters arranged in THE PARK for shade. Please feel free to bring your own. The HOA will be supplying the hamburgers, hot dogs and utensils for this event. We ask everyone to bring a dish and your own drinks. We already have more than 70 people committed to attending. Please tell your neighbors and join us for a good time.
